• Logical Ability: To hire the right talent for the job based on the competencies required for the role. Analyze and assess early warning signals (Attrition, Fraud, Disciplinary issues, Performance issues etc.) and take corrective action.
• Service Orientation: End-to-end responsibility for managing internal stakeholders• Assertive ,persuasive, people management and proactive
