Job Name: Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Leading and operating payroll activities on SAP as an end user
• Responsible for monthly payroll and exit process on SAP for entities of Celebi
• Managing and controlling all critical activities related to payroll like master data management, system configuration requests, till monthly payroll execution and reporting on SAP
• All sub modules of HCM with extensive experience in India Payroll along with Time Management.
• Good hands-on experience on India Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organization Management Modules.
• Good knowledge of Statutory compliance and TDS.
• Must have able to do end to end implementation from its own without any help
• Managing payroll aspects of new joiners and leavers
• Administration of payroll related compliance schemes
• Administration of benefits payments
• Filing of payroll related paperwork
• Working closely with HR team

Required Candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the payroll function
• Having experience on end to end payroll for European Countries is preferrable
• Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must experience in SAP
• Can work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Have strong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Have a good understanding of the India compliance related with Payroll ( ESIC,PF,Income Tax, Professional Tax)
• Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
