The purpose of the alumni network in Middle Earth HR is to support learners in their career journey by connecting them with experienced professionals who can guide, mentor, and open doors to opportunities.
Lead or participate in meaningful social impact projects initiated by MEHR.A major CSR drive in Kashmir has started, and we are building a support network to train Kashmiri athletes under the guidance of Padmashree Faisal Dar — we’ll need volunteers, CSR facilitators, and idea champions. click HereWe have an active alumni group who suggest jobs and we curate and give weekly update across groups. Many alumni have found jobs through the curated list. We also maintain a list of alumni looking for a job and use the list for multiple opportunities which come to MEHR
We also support the search for jobs through a Job Accelerator master (JAM) class which ensures that the job search of alumni is accelerated by training, resume curation, resume blast and by active job coaching. We have conducted 4 JAM sessions and the results are good – with accelerated interview calls often 3-4 per fortnight where earlier they were not getting any calls.
Join our next JAM for alumni which is starting in the next fortnight to accelerate careers, and open up real-world opportunities. If you want to be a Job Coach and support the alumni this is a good forum too. All expertise mentors will get an acknowledgement letter and a certification letter after a quarter.
We have weekly sessions for learning journey and any alumnus can join. The expertise gives 3-4 books and journals every week which you can download and your queries are answered by the expertise center mentors in the alumni hubs.
We are currently recreating the expertise mentors who will answer the queries in any area, currently only kinshuk has been active. As we are recreating the expertise list if you are interested please DM me. All expertise mentors will get an acknowledgement letter and a certification letter after a quarter
