The job posting can be found in the below link https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2456675672/?refId=rlhg80xLQYGHDd8ikYJZ6A%3D%3D Salary: AED 5500 to 6000 Job Responsibilities: Planning, Coordination & Delivery of in-house training programs complying to the legal and company policies and procedures at all our sites, including client sites, within the business. Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness Perform all logistical duties associated with conducting training (conducting all pre-training preparations, collaboration with operations to ensure a complete training program, coordinating with operations and the team on the learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records, etc.) Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Perform daily checks on systems and interfaces and keeps business processes running. Create, organize, file, and manage all HR and Training related documentation (e.g.: attendance records) and electronic office files. Support development and preparation of work product (weekly reports, presentations, etc.). Coordinate HR functions/activities including employee recognition programs, awareness, etc. Perform all admin related works - Transcript paper-based records to computer files, using spreadsheets and word processor software. Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures. Attend meetings and training programs. Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management. Skills/Qualifications: A profound interest to teach. Degree in Hotel management. Relevant experience in food services and FM services /Hotel Industry. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Convey a high level of professionalism at all times, including appropriate dress code, attitude and classroom presence Ability to work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. 7. Self-motivation to complete the tasks given. Strong ability to facilitate and instruct at various employee levels. Ability to adjust training as needed throughout the session based on the needs of the audience Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to listen to understand, encouraging open and effective communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of PowerPoint and any Creative presentations. 13. Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi. Having a driving license would be an added advantage.
