Position : Asstt. Manager / Dy. Manager (Talent Acquisition) Company: D'Decor Exports Pvt. Ltd. Location: Tarapur, Boisar (Maharashtra) Experience: 6-10 Years CTC Range: 8-10 LPA Role Objective - The incumbent will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment process. KRAs- Able to handle the recruitment from supervisory to leadership roles. Developing job description and specifications. Identifying the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization. Utilize and manage maximum sources like job portals and employee referrals for the current openings. Conducting preliminary round of interviews with the candidates and short-listing candidate for the final interview. Coordinating and scheduling for final round of interview. Doing verification and other formalities before joining of the candidate. Issuing offer and appointment letter to the selected candidate. Organizing Induction and orientation program.
