Dikshitha MEHR Posted December 3, 2021 Share Posted December 3, 2021 Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad, Telangana Responsibilities: To be responsible for Apollo Hospitals, Chennai Division payroll process To ensure correctness of all payments and deductions To ensure payments are made as per the payment schedule To send payment / deduction reports to all concerned area as scheduled dates To make salary advance payment for employees as per the policy in force. To issue payslips/ salary certificate to employees To send reconciliation statement (gross/net justification reports ) to the finance department To make cash payments to the staff (staff on temporary rolls, stipend for trainees and overtime payment ) To get audit clearance for all payments and unpaid wages To coordinate the audit process carried out by the internal auditors/ external auditors/statutory auditors To coordinate with banks for employees salary account opening and salary credit To validate the contract bills for payment To send MIS report to Management To process the full and final settlement of employees To coordinate the payment of bonus/ exgratia To coordinate with IT Department for development/improvement of payroll software To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives. To be aware of departments performance and objective. To carryout data collection/support in data collection. To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
