Dikshitha MEHR Posted December 17, 2021 Share Posted December 17, 2021 Company: NexZenTek Experience : Minimum 1 year Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site) Email : support@nexzentek.com Contact : +91-988-838-3456 Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM Responsibilities · Design and advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally · Source potential candidates from various online channels · Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates · Screen incoming resumes and application forms · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers · Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre-onboardings · Answering queries about compensation and benefits · Employee induction and grievance handling. · Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire · Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs · Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard · Need to look after office admin activities. Requirements · Minimum 1 year experience as HR Recruiter or similar role · Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases · Experience with sourcing techniques · Superior Communication and Interaction skills ( English) · MBA in Human Resources Management · Comfortable with Night shifts.
