Please find the below Job Description and the interview schedule for the position of TA with Newforce Ltd.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Talent acquisition, recruitment or similar.  Who has strong network in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for End to end recruitment strategy implementation. 

Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.

Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.

Work as a single point of contact for recruitment needs. 

Understanding the requirement from the respective managers and closing the requirement with in the TAT. 

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. 

Responsible for organizing campus drives, bulk hiring, walk ins. 

Maintaining the strong candidate pipeline.

Required Candidate

Proven work experience as Talent acquisition, or in recruitment. 

Well versed in campus hiring, bulk hiring, head hunting. 

Experienced in full recruitment cycle, understanding various interview methods, evaluation techniques. 

Knowledge in hiring platforms that attract suitable candidates. 

Keeping up with the industry trends.

Preferred candidate

Candidate with Master in Human Resource Management.
