Key Result Areas
• Analyze the learning need requirement of the client and design a program design/learning 
journey to meet the client expectations
• Select and use a variety of techniques to determine the instructional content for sustained 
learning journeys, example (LMS, online learning courses, group coaching, field study, 
leadership interactions, book read discussions, intra & interdepartmental projects) 
• Develop the instructional material for the facilitator and the participants 
• Design and create templates to enable rapid development of training materials
• Manage schedules to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
Activities
• Assess the needs of clients to understand learning needs to suggest compelling solutions
• Customize existing content to meet client context and develop content as required to meet 
client requirements
• Apply fundamental research skills to create content that engages participants 
• Build and manage multiple project plans, including design, execution, evaluation (to engage 
project teams, key stakeholders and drive measurable progress)
• Create learning kits in line with program requirements
• Standardize existing content into learner kit, Facilitator kit and Administrative checklists
• Conduct pilot programs and trainer boot camps for seamless engagement delivery 
Competencies & Experience


• Graduate or advanced degree, with emphasis in human resources, training, e-learning, 
training/learning technology, education, or related field
• Overall 5 years of experience in behavioral skills training and instructional design (min 2 
years in each)
• Experience in all phases of learning management - need analysis, content development, 
design, storyboarding & visualization, online course production
• Understanding of the learner expectations from the course, their comfort level with a 
variety of technologies
• Experience in developing content for behavioral skills interventions for individual 
contributors & managers, creating content for leadership development programs is an 
added advantage
• Understanding of ADDIE, Kirk Patrick Model, Blooms Taxonomy 
• Industry recognized certifications in instructional design and content programs
• Prior experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
• Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must
