CTC Range: 8-10 LPA
Role Objective - The incumbent will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment process.

KRAs-
 

• Able to handle the recruitment from supervisory to leadership roles.
• Developing job description and specifications.
• Identifying the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization.
• Utilize and manage maximum sources like job portals and employee referrals for the current openings.
• Conducting preliminary round of interviews with the candidates and short-listing candidate for the final interview.
• Coordinating and scheduling for final round of interview.
• Doing verification and other formalities before joining of the candidate.
• Issuing offer and appointment letter to the selected candidate.
• Organizing Induction and orientation program.

Education: MBA (HR)

Candidates with experience in recruitment firms and staffing solutions will be preferred.
