Subhasis Das

I am Subhasis Das, an Human Resources professional, based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. I am having around 12 years of experience across manufacturing, education, IT and service industries. I believe in high EQ. I have handled multiple PAN India based projects from HR Team. I also have experience in international leadership hiring for LatAm & Western Europe. I am also have a deep working understanding in Start-up enviornment. However, I have hands on experience into building an organisation from scratch.

Currently, pursuing PGC in HR from XLRI.

I was born in a bengali family and brought up by a mother who was a professor and by a ex-serviceman father, therefore right mix of culture and dicipline in inbibed in me. Now I am a father of 5 year old lovely daughter and husband of a professor, too.

I am an avid traveller, specially a nature/hill-station lover, Photography is my passion and cooking is my stress buster.
