I am an International trainer. I train in Asia on HR Management and Strategic leadership.

I was part of the founding team of Middle Earth Consultants- Now India's largest specialist HR training company operating in 6 Indian cities. With ops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Lagos, Jakarta, Muscat, KL, it is emerging as one of Asia's best HRM training companies.

I have been a visiting faculty at IIM-Calcutta . I am currently a visiting faculty with the Indian School of Business (ISB ) for programs like the Accelerated Leadership program ( for CEO and CXOs ) , Training of IPS probationers, Mckinsey consultants etc..

I am currently part of the faculty development team - training faculty members of the University of Jakarta and Institute of Technology - Bandung - two of Indonesia's most prestigious institutes in HR related subjects

In the past couple of years I have trained Senior members of organisations like - Shiekh of Dubais office, The Nigerian Airforce, Petroleum development authority of Oman, British Petroleum Indonesia, GE , TCS , Wipro etc...

I have led consulting assignments in Competency Management, Compensation, Assessment center design , HR process Design , Strategic HR development with organisations like the Tata Group, Dr Reddys, Crompton Greaves, Fidelity Group, GE etc..

I am currently holding an honorary position as Executive Director of The Asian HR board.
