Build relationships with HR, Franchise owner, Managers and other decision makers in the candidate hiring process. 2.Conduct pre-placement training / session for students for increasing job readiness. Assist candidates in resume writing, offer soft skills training and interview preparation tips to students 3.Arranging / Scheduling Interviews / campus interviews for students. 4.Collecting Offer Letters after placing students 5.Tracking placed students for next 3-4 months. Collecting Salary slips or bank statements after 3 months.
