Role: CIRCLE HR MANAGERS

Location: MAJOR LOCATIONS PAN INDIA

Leading and ever growing retail organisation. An ideal candidate with an MBA/MSW in HR  ,   will have  12 to 15 years of experience in a generalist HR role. He should have sound exposure to recruitment, statutory compliancez, liaisoning, Wage n Salary Admn of large workforce, Contract Labour Management and other HR related processes including IR. He should be willing to travel extensively in the Circle assigned to him.He should have the  experience of handling a team of 5-6  people. An ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to any part of the country. For an opening in Mumbai, we would want a candidate with  fluency in local language. He should be proficient in local language i.e. Marathi.
