I am a professional Facilitator & Coach . I am highly passionate in designing training games , simulations , role -plays and various other training tools and techniques  that ensure the spontaneous participation  of the trainees , unleash their pent up potential and facilitate the trainees to achieve joyful experiential learning . 

In my career , I have conducted more than 75 Training of Trainers (TOT) on behalf of NIESBUD , Govt. of India. I have composed a manual on Training Methods and Developmental Interventions 

As the Chapter President of Kolkata , I would like to foster the development of a democratic team- framework  within which collaborative learning will take place
