HR Professional with an overall experience of  two decades in the entire gamut of Human Capital Management across diverse sectors such as Chemical, Electronics, Textiles and Services.   Currently Director- HR and India Operations at Flipped.ai 

Chidambaram completed his Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from St. Josephs College, Bharathidasan University, Trichy in 2001. Secured First Rank in Post Graduation.

5) Certificate Course in Industrial Relations from MCCI.

6) Certificate Course in Labour Laws from NHRD.

7) Certificate Course on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) from NIPM.
