Key Responsibilities:

1. Must have at least 3-5yrs of work experience in a bank or a large NBFC ideally in a retail business role and 3-5 years of training.
2. Understand banking product and process.
3. For Insurance training one should have some certification from IRDA or any reputed insurance training institute, should have strong understanding of main insurance principles and how these are applied, should have thorough knowledge of all personal insurance products (Life and General),
4. Experience in induction training of new bank employees, working as a visiting faculty in colleges or management institute would be an added advantage.
5. The trainer should be up to date with latest regulatory developments , especially those  involving process changes and technological advancement in retail banking and insurance industry.
6. The trainer should be well versed in English and fluent in regional language. 
7. Immediate joining will be preferred and candidate should be willing to travel
