Job Description:

• Responsible for creating and executing Learning and Talent Development strategies delivering value to the Organization.
•  Deliver relevant and targeted programs to the promote the programs/learning culture
•  Provide lead in the provision of organization learning and development service
•  Talent Management – Differentiated Workforce Planning to identify strategic positions; Next level Leadership development
•  Improvements in capabilities/capacities to deliver L&D.
•  Career Development - Analyze the current position of the workforce & direct them to advancements.
•  Facilitate employees to avail benefit of Higher Education Assistance Scheme
•  Should be aware of the training needs of the organisation and the employees,as well
•  Need to decide the levels of training to be provided to different cadres of employees
•  Responsibility identifying Training needs, Competency Mapping & designing contents
•  Must take care of the budgetary issues concerning training
•  Needs to focus on Measuring training effectiveness (business impact) for strategic learning interventions
•  Learning Dialogues with functional heads and prioritization through Governing Council (Management Team)
•  Upload content on intranet for Fun @ learning
•  Consolidation and communication of L&D MIS and Scorecard with all key
• stakeholders

 Participate in IMS audit as one of the assesses
