Role Objective -

This is a Corporate C&B Head role. Accountable for C&B policies, processes, and initiatives across multiple Group Companies across PAN India.

Key Deliverables
C&B Strategy: Shall have exposure or hands on experience of creating Group level C&B Strategy for a company which has various companies in its fold.

Compensation: Should know principles and application of compensation methods, programs, policies, and practices. Knowledge of Fix, Variable and Long-Term Compensation plans like ESOPs, RSUs etc., is essential 

Grading/Banding: Should have skills and practical experience to do Job Evaluation exercises to create National Band/Grades. Shall be able to share rational and influence the senior stakeholders across Group Companies to implement the new Bands/Grades and make effective communication plans for employees at large. 

Compensation Plan & Design: Skilled to plan & formulate compensation processes/programs/Salary structures as per governing laws.

Compensation Trends: Should be agile & stay informed on compensation trends in the Indian context. Do salary benchmarking and provide inputs regarding competitor practices. 

C&B Technology: Shall be aware of market trends and latest technologies / modules available to automate C&B processes. Shall be able to lead the change management due this technology implementation and train all stakeholders for effective implementation.

Compensation Analysis: Should have good analytical & conceptual ability. Shall be able to draw interfaces, do analysis of exiting C&B processes/policies and entitlement and suggest approach for harmonisation in M&A environment. 

Employee Cost & Budgeting: Shall be able to plan C&B cost for annual planning and monitor & control the cost. 

Benefits knowhow: Knowledge of the various type of benefits like Mediclaim, Covid related coverages, Term Life and Group Personal Accident, Employee State Insurance Act & Maternity Benefit Act etc. Shall have connections with insurance providers and able to get quotes and negotiate for best premium rates.

Labour Legislations: Should know the labour laws effecting C&B function and processes. Should be able to create proposals/polices and make amendments in existing policies viz. impact of new labour Code on existing C&B policies.
