Experience: 6–9 years’ experience as L&OD Coordinator/Administrator/Analyst. Requirements: Must have worked on an LMS (preferably on SuccessFactors / Percipio) and/or any HRIS (Primary screening criteria) Responsibilities: Creative skills to design various flyers/mailers for internal communication related to various campaigns/initiatives (Primary screening & testing criteria). Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Primary screening & testing criteria). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Planning and prioritizing skills to work under pressure Very good ability to analyze and evaluate information critically (detail conscious) Bachelor’s degree preferably in CS/IT/Systems/HR + PGDM/MBA in HR/OB/Psychology.
