Act as a single point of contact to provide various. HR support and transactional services to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Headcount Planning and Recruitment. Actively participate in annual Headcount planning. Manpower cost planning process with an objective to optimize productivity, span of control. Participate in position in-take interviews with hiring managers and TA team, facilitate the selection process wherever required. Partner with TA team to enable hiring managers by training and coaching them on recruitment skills / tools.
