Desired Exp: 6 to 8 years with minimum 4 years in core HR BP role.

Requirements:

·        Immediate joiner and local candidate will be preferred (max notice period that can be considered is 15-20 days).

·        Female candidates will be preferred.

·        Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations employee engagement and change                   management.

·        Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
