The people agenda encompasses an integrated global approach to Organization Design and Capabilities, Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Engagement and Belonging, Employee Relations, Rewards, Benefits & Policies. Together with the Country & Area HR colleagues, the role defines, refines and delivers on the People Plan including HR Strategy and Employee Experience. Requirements: MBA HR from a premier Business School and at least 12 years of HR experience. Prior experience as HR Business Partner with complex and high growth organizations/ industries, multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships) and multi-cultural environment would be an added advantage.
