Experience

  • A minimum of two to seven years of experience in HR Recruitment/HR Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities are talent acquisition for the entire group i.e., recruitment for IT & E-commerce.
  • Research into competitors and marketplace
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Posts Job Description in various portals and social platforms
  • Screens applications of qualified candidates
  • Prepare and update the Recruitment Tracker of all candidates regularly
  • Coordinate with Line Managers and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews
  • Assists and participates in the interview process with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepares and manages the Weekly- Recruitment reports in accordance with the timeline
  • Collaborates with the hiring staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, Date of Joining and other pertinent details
  • Networking with internal Referral Programmed, Recruitment Vendors and social media
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Secondary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees, executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance management
  • Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
  • Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities
  • Manage Company's HRMS tool
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human Resource
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications
  • Email follow-up related to Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
  • Manage holiday calendars and leave balance
  • Support in the Confirmation and Exit Process of employees
  • Manage Mediclaim related tasks like preparing monthly addition/deletion reports; coordinating with insurance persons; assisting employees in GMC related queries and claims
  • Support employee engagement activities in the Company
  • Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports
  • Prepare Claim reports, verify the reimbursement data and send to Finance team bi-monthly
  • Manage employees grievances and escalate if necessary to HR Manager
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Head Human Resource.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Knowledge

  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in any field
  • Experience with full life cycle of recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, talent management, Labour Law, and employment regulations will be an advantage.

Skills and Aptitude

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business
  • Ability to act independently and drive HR activities with minimal oversight and guidance
  • The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Perks and Benefits

  1. Hours: Working hours will be 09:30 AM 18:30 (It includes one hour break) and Monday to Friday working hours.
  2. Week Offs: 2-week offs (Saturday and Sunday).
