Location : Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Vijayawada Contact Email: vasundhara.birajdar@rebelfoods.com CTC: 3 L to 4.25 L + Variables Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end Employee Relations & engagement activities related to our store staff, kitchen staff and Managers at the Kitchens across India. This position would be the HR Manager for all the store / kitchen staff. You would be ideally traveling and visiting to all the kitchens and meet address the employees. Ensure that development index of each store is at par and each employee is growing in coordination with training and development team and other central functions. You would also ensure understanding the employee behavior and training by continuous interactions and consulting with Area Managers, and CDOs. Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievances for all level of employees. Ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement. Controlling Attrition:- Ensuring the organization attrition is controlled and required measures are taken in case of more attrition. Data analysis: To understand trends in the city and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with operations leaders. This would be certainly driven by conducting periodical employees surveys. Hiring of Team members: To ensure that hiring for the kitchen employees are do as per the requirement s received and close the same in TAT as per the Hiring process. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files. Participate in organizing company events and other activities. Compliance Management. Desired Candidate Profile: We would be looking out for someone with an experience of at least 4 to 5 years of HR gamut. Excellent Communication & written skills. . Good Knowledge of statutory compliance. Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Optimistic & analytical approach. Good at Excel & word for generating reports.
