Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
  • Promote open roles using online and print job ads
  • Screening, scheduling interview and evaluate candidates /Profiles.
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts with prior approval from Corporate Office.
  • Calculate payroll considering overtime, holidays and evening shifts
  • Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention.
  • Manage payroll and keep updated records of payments.
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off.
  • Schedule on boarding sessions and job-related training for all employees.
  • Track key recruiting metrics like turnover rates and source of hiring.
  • Ensure our restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • An Experience personality working as Senior Executive HR / AM -HR, preferably in a well-known Restaurant chain/hospitality industry will be preferred.
  • Candidates Should Have Good Knowledge Of The Above Profile.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions.
  • Vast experience in hiring ground level staff will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of HR Polices / Rules & Regulations for different types of hospitality employment.
  • Must be familiar in handling Payroll Management i.e. with or without software.
  • Should be well aware of maintaining the entire resume data base of all the employees(working/nonworking)
  • Excellent people handling skills.
  • Smart & Pleasing Personality
  • Salaries are no constraint for deserving candidates.
  • BSc in Human Resources.
