Compensation and reward; Learning and talent management; Employee Relations; Organizational planning, and change. Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business, and execution excellence. To assist in all activities concerning the performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration. To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved. Encourages employees and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs. Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer, and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries. Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities. Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved. Assists in the administration of social and staff benefit programs. Managing and effective and efficient HR operations function that delivers proactive and business focused HR services. Accurate management of payrolls across locations and process error free payroll. Ensuring HR compliances of the company with respect to PF, ESIC and other taxes. Good knowledge on HR portal management. Performance Management, Competence framework mapping and job analysis of the employees in the organization.
