Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e. from hiring to exit formalities Maintaining monthly attendance and record of employees files. Payroll processing which includes Salary Release, Pay slip generation. Should have knowledge on PF, ESIC fillings and Returns. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures HR generalist exposure including performance and talent management, leadership development, restructuring, rewards & legal activities Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues Leadership development activities Desired Candidate Profile MBA in HR - Regular Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions, and practice; performance appraisal systems and employee development Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
