Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Gender:   Male Candidate

CTC:  3 lacs to 3.50 Lakhs pa

Position Overview: To provide day-to-day administrative support to HR & Admin Functions and ensure smooth office operations in KAPL.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Support in Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction to reporting manager.
  • Maintaining HR Files of Important Documents.
  • Assist in Training and Development programmers.
  • Maintain monthly attendance for Head Office.
  • Preparing various MIS Report.
  • Coordination with Finance department on a daily basis for any reimbursements & Expenses. Admin support - vendor management, facility management Office, Vehicle Maintenance,
  • Monitoring fuel bills & Driver Overtime.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Good knowledge of compliances like ESI, EPF, Gratuity working.
  • Working Hands on Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn.
  • Should be a Tech-Savvy.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Good in drafting emails and letters
  • Should be self-starter working in the areas of HR & Admin.
