Roles & Responsibilities: Support in Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction to reporting manager. Maintaining HR Files of Important Documents. Assist in Training and Development programmers. Maintain monthly attendance for Head Office. Preparing various MIS Report. Coordination with Finance department on a daily basis for any reimbursements & Expenses. Admin support - vendor management, facility management Office, Vehicle Maintenance, Monitoring fuel bills & Driver Overtime. Desired Candidate Profile:- Good knowledge of compliances like ESI, EPF, Gratuity working. Working Hands on Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn. Should be a Tech-Savvy. Good spoken and written English. Good in drafting emails and letters Should be self-starter working in the areas of HR & Admin. Note: All above responsibilities are indicative but not exhaustive.
