Qualification and Experience: Any Post Graduate in HR (MSW / M.B.A HR) with at least 7+ Years, experience in managing end to end HR/ IR functions for at least 5 Manufacturing Plants for all HR/ IR matters.

Primary key skills: HR Polices, PMS, Payroll, Government Regulations, Statutory Laws, Labor laws, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, Labor Welfare,

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning:

  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Liaison with Departmental Heads for all Manpower requirements.
  • Recruitment (End to End), Selection (Interview) & Induction of new comers: Joining Formalities- Collecting necessary document, filling up of Statutory Forms, Preparing HR Files.
  • Issuing of Appointment Letter, Preparing Service cards, Introduction of Company norms, Arrangement
  • of System, Email ID, CUG SIM etc., Writing Welcome Note
  • Handling of HR Audit - Internal and External Audit

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT:

  • Supervision of day to day working of Time Office; Implementation of suggestion schemes for better functioning
  • Handling Labor Contractors; Managing required Man Power Strength.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCES / LABOUR LAWS:

  • Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act; Factories Act; Employees Provident Funds & other miscellaneous Act;
  • Employees State Insurance Act; Payment of Bonus Act; Payment of Gratuity Act; Payment of Wages Act
  • Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Employees Compensation Act, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act.
  • Building & other Construction Worker Welfare Cess (Regulation & Abolition) Act

EMPLOYEES & LABOUR WELFARE:

  • Handling all type of Staff & Labor related issues; Provide Welfare Facilities; Regular Counselling Avail basic need of Labors/workers; Seek to make continuous improvement; To solve/manage their problems/grievances.

ADMINISTRATION:

  • Dealing with Contractors. Hotels & other bookings. First aid/ Medical facility. House Keeping & Sanitation, Safety of Worker.

SAFETY MEASUREMENT:

  • Arranging all type of Personnel Protective Equipment's (PPEs); Awaking about Safety precautions. Implementing all safety norms.

LIASIONING:

  • Handling Liaison work with the Govt. & other Departments:
  • Labor Department (Regional & Divisional); Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO);
  • Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
  • Factory Department; Fire Department; Police Department; U.P. Pollution Control Board (UPPCB);
  • Various specialized Consultants.
  • Indian Industries Association (IIA);Nagar Palinka/ Municipality

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent drafting of reports and presentation skills
  • Have basic understanding of finances
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Be open, with a willingness to learn from others and sympathetic with the aims of Akshaya Patra Foundation
  • Have the ability to think creatively/laterally and a desire to challenge traditional methodology
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
