Responsibilities: Drive Talent Acquisition for India and International Subsidiaries basis business plan for the year and organization's growth strategy. Strategize and execute innovative recruitment plans enabling the team close requirements with agreed TAT. Identifying sourcing mix for hiring and ensuring utilization of appropriate cost-effective sourcing channels to close the positions within stipulated timelines. Designing the campus recruitment strategy and identifying opportunities for strategic tie-ups/initiatives with various institutes in India and other countries to create talent pipeline. Engage with Stakeholders/Hiring Managers on a regular basis, share feedback and inputs which would assist in hiring the right talent basis available talent pool. Gathering comprehensive Market Intelligence of Cardiovascular Medical Devices and Pharma (Cardio) industry & engage with prospective candidates to create a ready talent pool. Lead and guide the TA team to facilitate timely closure of requirements & mentor them for their professional growth. Lead and drive New Employee On-boarding and Induction to enhance employee.
