LMS Admin - LMS Coordinator - Training Coordinator

  • Learner management and Content Management in LMS as per requests from respective internal and External(client) SPOCs
  • Report Generation as per (but not limited to) a predefined schedule and process
  • Be the first point of contact for learning and development queries
  • Liaison with the SPOCs (in concurrence with the Manager) to seek required information for learning asset updates, launch of learning assets and Report format
  • Communication of reports to the SPOCs through appealing dashboards as per (but not limited to) a predefined plan
  • Communication to the users based on (but not limited to) a defined plan regarding enrolment to LMS content, Classroom training activities, Training reschedules, Training Reminders.
  • Drive Course Completion of learners through appropriate modes of communication (Mail, Phone) based on Predictive Data Analysis in concurrence with the Manager
  • Promptly Troubleshoot all learner support issues through email, phone conversation and appropriate referrals related to (but not limited to) LMS account access, course enrolment and accessing other learning assets
  • Identify recurring issues in LMS and suggest scalable fixes through appropriate referral to (but not limited to) LMS Technical Team and Content Development Team
  • Create Appealing images that can be communicated as mailers as per (but not limited to) the concept and content defined by the Manager
  • Ad hoc Activities as and when directed by the Manager
  • Regularly update Report templates to convey meaningful information to the SPOCs
  • Maintain and update LMS Reports Repository as per specified folder structure
  • Process invoices pertaining to (but not limited to) Voice Artists, Content Development, Translation and Training
  • Update knowledge with respect to Report Generation, Data Analysis and GD tools
  • Arranging hospitality, room layout and equipment for participants attending workshops and events, liaison with trainers, booking training rooms, printing and distributing course materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order for the efficient running of all relevant events.
  • Recording and Maintaining the Attendance as per the Training Schedules.
