MBA in Human Resource/ Certified Trainer in Learning & Development with minimum 2 years experience. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong presentation skills. 4. Well versed with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. 5. Experience in Hospital in the same profile will be preferred. Job Profile: Keeping the existing L&D programs and objectives abreast with current business requirement. Developing employee engagement activities Conducting L&D needs assessment of medical and non-medical staff working in the hospital. Responsible to develop and conduct employee engagement activities. Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc. Plans, organizes, facilitates and order supplies for Training events. Enhance the quality of Training Dashboards & Analytic Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience etc. Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required. To receive the list of new joinees eligible for induction and new hire training as per the training calendar To submit the attendance of trainees undergoing induction and new hire training.
