Roles and Responsibilities: Manpower Management: - To Coordinate with Head of the departments to finalize the required Manpower. Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: - To be responsible for all the recruitment of manpower at the business unit for all levels. Participate in the final recruitment and induction of new employees. Contract Labor Management-Administration, initiating disciplinary Action for misconduct. Maintain all the statutory compliance-CLRA & BOCW License, Salaries, PF, ESIC, PT & keep maintain all the registers and records as per the law. Statutory Compliance: - To coordinate with concern Govt/Non govt department for compliance of all statutory requirements for on rolls and contract employees. Payroll Management: - To timely provide the payrolls output to accounts and coordinate with them to ensure all the details are being considered and ensure that salaries for all employees are processed on time. Leave management: - Manage and Maintain the leave details of all the employees. Appraisal Management: - To ensure effective and timely roll out of PMS activities at the Company. Coordinated in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Managed appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management. Training & Development: - To proactively identify current and future competencies and talent gaps and design specific training programs to filling these gaps. To effectively implement the planned training programs at the project sites for employees and manage the entire exercise. To constantly identify training and development/ change needs at the project sites and report the same back to Company Head. HR Data administration:- Maintain all the records, registers & personal files. Grievance Handling:- To have a grievance redressal system in place and to be responsible for resolving employee problems, ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers or escalate to concern authorities. Employee engagement: - Trainings, Recognition programs, Sports events, Games, Team Building activities. Project sites Centralized Communication Cell:- To be a center point of communication to address all New HR developments MIS: - To create frameworks for data capture and generating regular MIS reports which will enable the management for decision taking.eg- Recruitment, Salaries, PF, ESIC & Other activates. Audit & Compliances Procedure: - Coordination of audit procedure of Internal / External ( ISO/ Statutory/Customer). Documents preparation to comply / adherence for audit. General Admin work: Well, conversed with administration from planning to execution of admin related activities Rentals, Canteen, Security, Vehicles, housekeeping, local procurement, office management. Education Qualification and Experience MSW-HR / MBA-HR Min 05 to 07 years of work experience preferred; Critical for the role Proficiency in Computer skills, MS office , VLOOKUP and Payroll software's (Pay check) is preferable. Excellent communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi languages. Disciplined, Hard working, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization functioning Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible, willing to work with and through others Work experience in construction / Manufacturing is preferable.
