PF, ESIC, PT, BOCW Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, Shop Act etc. 2) Follow up with the contractors and collect the documents for further validation. 3) Documentation and data management. 4) Coordination with Legal Advisors. 5) Meeting the deadlines of the compliances and renewals. 6) Monthly compliance submission. 7) BOCW and other related compliance adherence. 😎 Ensuring that all the relevant laws are being followed throughout the process. 9) Monthly compliance audits across all the projects. 10) End to end knowledge of payroll on ERP 11) Must have complete knowledge of Income Tax slabs 12) Calculating Employees taxes, considering exemptions, savings & deducting TDS in pay slips & issuing Form 16 Eligibility Criteria: 1) Should be graduate 2) Excellent verbal & written communication skills 3) Must have handled Payroll activities on ERP 3) Sound knowledge of labour laws and its compliance. 4) Should have worked on labor contractors and audits.
