Purpose:

Together with Biju's - India's largest ed-tech company - we are now bigger, better, and bolder and have embarked on a hyper-growth transformational journey.

We have an aspirational mandate in front of us with new centers coming in the WEST ZONE. We would be double our size in the next few years, in terms of manpower, revenue & overall business.

This role will be responsible for 70% of Talent Acquisition & 30% Talent management process for Maharashtra, Goa & Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.
  • To design & devise strategies to pull & attract candidates and act as a partner with
    businesses to effectively and efficiently implement the mobilization strategies that result in
    a high caliber workforce in the organization.
  • Develop a talent pool through creative sourcing techniques
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Regular updates to the leaders
  • External Stakeholder Management: Quality check & governance on Vendors
  • Campus Program: Program Management
  • Curating & supporting the West region in bringing new interventions to support Talent Management Process
  • Assist and bring focus in Performance Check-In, maintaining the monthly tracker.
  • Conducting Ad-hoc listening, such as, surveys to review effectiveness.
  • Building Talent Acquisition checkpoints surveys to bring in quality inputs to analyze opportunities for improvement - 30, 60, 90 days check-ins

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

  • Work experience & passionate in Talent Acquisition.
  • MBA in HR preferred, learning agility a must.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience & hunger for growth personally & professionally.
  • Candidate must have decent communication skills & clarity of thoughts. Content creation exposure will be added advantage.
  • Must have an excellent working skill on MS office suite
