Experience in processing the payroll with multiple locations setup attendance & Leave management, etc. 3. Experience in handling Statutory processes like PF, ESI, Stat Bonus, Minimum wages, Gratuity management (maintaining records, coordinating with LIC, etc). 4. Should have experience in working on any HRMS systems. Exposure to implementation of HRMS will be added advantage . 5. Checks on process deviation and identify gaps . 6. Publish MIS on various data points to bring continuous improvement in processes 7. Ability to think on Process improvement and automation of activities for better efficiency. 8. Visit Units to handhold on the systems and help clarify the issues faced by Unit HR. 9. Audit the process followed by the Unit HR and ensure there is no deviation. Skills and Competencies: - 1. Expert in Excel. 2. Good communication written and oral . 3. Language preference English, Kannada & Hindi. 4. Ability to coordinate with Unit HR. 5. Should have worked on system implementation like HRMS (any service provider) 6. Proficiency in MIS and data analytics.
