Payroll processing which includes Salary Release, Pay slip generation. Should have knowledge on PF, ESIC fillings and Returns. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures HR generalist exposure including performance and talent management, leadership development, restructuring, rewards & legal activities Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues Leadership development activities Desired Candidate Profile MBA in HR - Regular Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions, and practice; performance appraisal systems and employee development Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
