Job Name : Executive / Sr. Executive - HR

Location:  Santej, Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar

Roles and Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

  • Source and recruit candidates by using various Job Portal, databases, social media
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Schedule interview with concern department.
  • Maintain TA MIS and Database of CV and necc. documentations
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • To handle recruitment individually, End-to-end recruitment process upto junior management cadre.
  • Managing - Employee Offer & appointment letters , Pre Boarding , On-boarding, Orientation, and Induction formalities.
  • To coordinate with various internal stakeholders like (Admin , IT , support etc ) and manage deliverables as per requirement.

Learning & Development :

  • Supporting Human Resource Development in the review and implementation of the Company's training and development initiatives
  • Conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, sourcing and qualifying training providers, implementing training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, performing training administration duties and maintaining training records.

HR MIS & Support Learning & Development :

  • To operate CRM / HRMIS , make HR MISs wrt various HR dash board based on biz needs.
  • Assist in the planning , preparation & execution of meetings, conferences, and townhall sessions.
  • Reporting about the Day-to-day progress and providing proactive services to stake holders.

Engagement & Grievance handling :

  • Must be able to handle all tasks related to employee engagement activities.
  • To ensure HR policy compliance and implementation across the organization level.
  • To handle employee queries & resolve grievances via emails, phone calls, meetings etc

Required Skills:

  • Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office , MS xl sheets, Pivots , Reports etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good experience in dynamic recruitment.
  • Should have strong experience in HRMS Tool.
  • Should have good experience in building relationship with POs campus drive.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent with 1-4 years of experience
  • Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Training & Development, such as classroom facilitation, implementing competency frameworks, evaluation and assessment
  • Ability to develop new plans and initiatives, including the use of technology in learning
  • Self-motivated team player with drive and passion for people development
