Role:

Catalyst to drive Operational excellence, Patient experience through People capability and competency model. Focus on HR Strategies to drive the entire zone to achieve business goals

Responsibilities:

Area 1: Talent Management

- Create a transparent and respectful feedback session in the region between Regional Heads & Center Heads /Doctors weekly/Bi Weekly basis.

- Make a performance rating system as a process for the zone on monthly basis.

- Create reward & recognition for top performers.

- Identify training needs for mid-range performers.

- Understand the reason for poor performance and ensure smooth transition takes place.

- To ensure all performance related aspects are discussed among the region

Area 2: Learning and Development

- Identifying of training needs within the region and ensuring regular training session are rolled out to improve zones performance.

Area 3: Business Knowledge.

- Understand the clinical aspects of an eye hospital; common eye disorders and treatments available at Dr. Agarwal's.

- Thorough understanding of regional business performance.

Area 4: Talent Acquisition

- Ability to find top talent in both the medico and non-medico space

- Build a talent pipeline system for effective TAT management.

- Prepare and analyze recruitment report regularly to monitor manpower cost and revenue comparison.

Area 5: HR Operations

- Ensure employee records are well maintained; ensure smooth functioning of basic processes including salary payments, compliance (PF, Gratuity, ESI, insurance etc.), increments etc.

-Plan, Budget and implement employee engagement & team bonding initiatives.

- Be the one point of contact for the branch staff for all escalations, grievances, suggestions and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.

- Create a process to handle grievances and complaints of team members; ensure they feel cared for.

Requirement :

- Proven track record as HR Business Partner heading zones.

- Current knowledge of all innovation HR Aspects.

- Masters in Human Resource Management

- Multi Linguistic.

- Open to Travel (Domestic)
