Job Title: Human Resource Executive/Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 2-5 years. Position is open to differently abled candidates also.

Job Qualification and Skills:

  • Human Resource Management (MBA HR, PGDM HR)
  • Employee Performance Management
  • Should be well acquainted with employment laws, compensation, and wage structure
  • Should be aware and actively implement law against sexual harassment
  • Soft spoken and empathetic towards all the company employees from lower staff to management
  • Should possess skills to motivate and keep the good team spirit among employees
  • Should be able to develop well organized policies for employee retention and prevent attrition
  • Should be able to resolve employee conflicts and grievances.

Job description:

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job descriptions and job responsibilities for all positions.
  • Supports organization’s hiring team by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing program, counselling senior employees on candidate selection.
  • Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by mentoring team leaders to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances and counselling them.
  • Implements employee benefit programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

  • Keeping good health and safety of employees
  • Disbursing rewards and incentives
  • Setting rules for employee promotion
