Requirements: IT company in Mumbai, having offices in USA, Europe, middle East and Asia Pacific regions. The Head office is Located in BKC Mumbai. MBA in HR from reputed institute with 15 to 20 years, preferably in an IT /ITES industry. Should be currently working as a Head of HR in a large or a medium size IT organization, having a strength of around 2000 employees in India and global operations. Having global experience is an added advantage. Should have been involved and handled key responsibilities in transformation, culture building and strategic planning. Should be able to guide the team on Employee Engagement Programs, Performance appraisals, Planning, Reward Systems and compensation and benefits. The person should be dynamic and confident of handling a big team with a vision to lead the Organization. The position will report to the CEO and would lead a team of around 25 HR professionals.
