Job Description The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner closely with management and will deliver on new business hiring requirements, deliver day to day needs and build current and future talent pipelines. This position will build and maintain effective relationships with all business segments and contribute to our inclusive, highly adaptive, results oriented environment. The Talent Acquisition Lead will initiate and administer the new hire employee experience from job posting through orientation. Responsibilities: Independently drive all the activities of a Recruitment Cycle. Sourcing activities through job portals like Indeed, Naukri, linked etc. Recruiting for US IT Recruiters, UK IT Recruiters, Recruiter for Direct Hire, BDM, Account Managers, Delivery Leads and Support function roles from Staffing industry Handling Preliminary Interview, screening of Profiles Profile explaining, Maintaining Candidate database and good relationships with candidates. Offer discussion , negotiation and closure of offer Stakeholder Management and Candidate Management. Making data base and excel sheet to update the work.
