To support Unit Head in plant operation performance. 2. Maintain Good and Cordial Industrial Relations in the plant. 3. Roll out of Training programs as per the training needs as identified during PMS & Talent Drive Initiatives and support in identifying on the job Projects /Coaching. 4. Conduct Talent Review (Development Discussion) for all Critical Staff / Succession Planning of positions. 5. Track and ensure Permanent manpower and Contract Labour Cost Lines & Plant G&A . 6. Drive Employee Communications effectively in the Factory & maintain good communication with local Community. 7. To co-ordinate all the employee participative forums in the plant and organizing periodical meetings 8. Obtaining Approval /License required from the statutory bodies relating to HR. dept. activities as per the plan. 9. Liaison with Govt. Authorities such as Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESI, LO, Fire, Health and other relevant department to meet requirements of the plant. 10. Responsible for contributing to business HR initiatives. 11. Responsible for planning and executing unit level learning and development initiatives to improve competency and skill level of work force across the unit. 12. Responsible for executing employee welfare activities at the plant. 13. Responsible for executing all HR processes and practices. 14. Responsible for adherence of PMS process and quality thereto at unit level. 15. Responsible for facilitating employee engagement studies, action plan follow-up. 16. Responsible for unit level Administration, Services execution and improve general administrative efficiency. 17. Proactively assessing industrial relation climate in the unit. 18. Ensuring disposal of employee grievances and to maintain positive industrial relation. 19. Operate as a bridge between plant and public, political & village people. 20. To extend possible support in Corporate Social Responsible activities. Desired Candidate Profile Emotional Stability. Managerial skills to deal with complexity.
