Dikshitha HR Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 Job Name: HR - Talent Management Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Contact Email: Ashwini.Ajgaonkar@relianceada.com Work Type: work from office Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key deliverables: Own & operationalize Career Development Centre for Reliance General Insurance which focuses on talent assessment, development & growth Design scalable career development mechanisms, policies, and processes to attract, develop and retain best in class talent Drive talent review, succession planning and create critical role bench strength Design and execute assessment and development centers to assess and develop leadership talent Establish framework on top talent retention, career path, career mobility, talent fungibility and development, career counselling, coaching & mentoring; Collaborate effectively with business and HR leadership to operationalize and sustain these frameworks . Partner with L&D to develop high potential talent and enhance manager capabilities to drive & sustain high performance culture Qualification Full time Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degree (preferably in HR) 8+ years of experience in talent management, organization development with compensation background would be an added advantage Skill and Experience . Experience in driving organization level talent initiatives in scaled up and fast-growing organizations Strong consultative skills with ability to influence senior business leaders Strong analytical and program management skills .
