Job Description As a Lead- Talent Management, you will facilitate the organization in transitioning from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the organization to business needs. Key Deliverables Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs like Talent Identification, Career Development, Succession Planning, strategic Capability and Workforce Planning and high potential programs. Evaluate the best Talent Practices in the industry and support design of critical people and talent processes Design & Governance of top talent retention and engagement initiatives Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA-setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization. Design & Execute career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems Lead Talent Analytics and draw actionable insights to design for interventions Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a range of talent management initiatives/ programmers Design and identify future requirements for talent tools and systems like PMS, PIP, 360 etc. Build a High Performance culture in the Organization via designing interventions for recognition and engagement of critical talent Skills Required Strong experience in talent engagement, management and development Strong Problem Solving, influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in Adept at working in an ambiguous environment Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology Additional Details 2018 to 2019 pass out Min 2-3 Years Experience People can join with in 30 days is must.
