Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR business partnering role for Company collaboration.
  • Provide strategic and operational support in the design, development, and implementation of robust people strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders, clients at site, and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged Company workforce
  • Responsible for employee life cycle at Company right from hiring, onboarding, assimilation, branding and engagement activities to drive one Company culture and values.
  • Partnering with the recruitment team in selection and hiring of FTEs based on business forecasts
  • To establish periodic touch points with employees 30-60-90 days and also drive focus group, skip level meetings to study pulse
  • To handle all HR processes in the entire employee life cycle of One Company employees
  • represent HR for Company leadership team and present key HR points for discussion
  • Strong analytical knowledge and provide insights on Business and HR Data
  • To strategist and support L&D interventions for One Company and drive compliance with respect to learning calendar
  • Work closely with COE - HR teams and provide active support to Company business in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, resource planning, Objective setting, Performance Management, L&D, Rewards and Recognition, Succession, and Career planning, etc.
  • Provide Monthly MIS support for attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit Interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards for Company & site leadership team of One Company.
  • Strong understanding of Labour related laws and statutes and ability to manage employee grievances in conjunction with the team.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Creatively apply strong business acumen with robust communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives
  • Ability to drive a culture of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Compliance (SQIC).
