Dikshitha HR Posted April 22, 2022 Share Posted April 22, 2022 Job Name: DM / Manager - Payroll Location: Andheri J.B Nagar Contact Email: sshukla@jeena.co.in CTC: Good Salary hike over the current salary drawn Reporting to: Country Group Head HR Job Description for Payroll Handling and managing monthly payroll processing while maximizing efficiencies, maintaining operational standards and adhering to department policies this also includes on roll and off roll payroll management, coordinating with external payroll vendor for the process Handling employee benefits administration-- Group Health Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance & Life Insurance Directing the collection, computing and documentation of payroll data, including calculating the full and final settlement for employees leaving the organization Overseeing and reviewing the payroll payments and account reconciliations, any payroll changes and system upgrades Ensure compliance with relevant laws of company and legal regulations Liase with auditors for payroll and audit related queries, and also maintain accurate information and records for auditing Respond to employees with respect to payroll and insurance related queries. Responsible for presenting the compensation structure at the time of new Joinee induction Provide Leave encashment, gratuity, performance bonus etc. for better understanding of monthly cost to Country Head HR Manage external vendor for PF & ESIC i.e. monitor addition of employees in PF to withdrawal of PF and enrollment in ESIC Prepare monthly MIS and other reports such as comparative payroll summary monthly, Headcount report, GLV, Statutory reports, TDS monthly and report to Country Head HR Handle internal and external audits for payroll and compliance Manage Advance salary. Ad hoc bonuses. Loans Handle grievances related to Salary, Form 16, Investment declaration and exemptions Processing Sodexo Payments monthly Dealing with LIC for superannuation and gratuity Preparing reports and financial statements Responsible for planning and execution of payroll to continue to streamline the payroll operations Handling the various statutory compliance Analyzes and responds to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Masters degree in Labor Laws / Human Resources. 12+ years of experience in processing payroll management in a large Corporate Hands on experience in handling payroll processing and relevant legal Regulations of group Companies.
