Roles and Responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of Payroll process, reimbursement process.
  • ER activities, Employee grievances
  • Good in retention
  • Create understanding of culture and values with employees
  • Support the employees through their career life cycle Ability to write crisp and impact job descriptions.
  • On boarding
  • Taking an active role in all aspects of the employee experience,
  • Starting from engaging new employees that joins through all step of the employee life-cycle till exit
  • Engage in initiatives geared towards promoting our employment brand,
  • Driving performance excellence, Drive employee engagement and team effectiveness activity in an energizing, unique way
  • Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the culture and behaviours
  • Conducting Employee engagement activities and building employee relations
  • Managing day to day HR work such as attendance and leave, employee satisfaction surveys, responding to employee queries, etc.
  • Own end to end HR processes assigned like on boarding, separation , leave tracking , letter generation, payroll, data updating, record maintenance or other day to day HR role,
  • Taking care of medical insurance process of employee, claim settlement and renewal process.
  • Grievance handling, employee engagement, training & development will be part of job role.
