Handling of Recruitment of Staff and workers as per requirement. To manage all joining and orientation Formalities of new employees Facilitating Training and Development programmes on various topics. To prepare Annual Training Calendar by maintain the Training needs identification through TNI form and as per the PMS system. To Manage supports services like pantry, medical room, house keeping, Security & horticulture services. Time Office, Looking after Attendance, deployment file, Salary/Wages processing system through Software & distribution, Overtime, PF, ESIC, Leave Management, Bonus, Handling F&F Settlement etc. Salary and Payroll software administration with Statutory Compliance like Factory Act- Submit half /annual return of factory Act. Annual return of accident, Application for renewal of factory License with deposit and maintenance register etc.. Handling employee and employer Grievances related to UAN, KYC,ESI Benefit, PF withdrawal, Salary, Pay Slip, Full and Final, any Letter, transfer,) Work force management, ensure documentation of legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Preparing necessary data for all statutory notices received from authority. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have at least 4+ years of proven work experience in Personal & Administration area with a passion for his work. MBA in HR or any equivalent degree will give added advantage. Preference would be given for those candidate who are using Starlink or any other similar payroll software. Familiarity with various acts like Factory Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, Bonus etc. and submission of the EPFO & ESIC challan on government portal.
